Please Read Carefully Your Delivery Information
We use several delivery companies, to ensure that your new item arrives safe and sound.
Most of the items we sell are available for next day delivery if ordered before 2.30 pm weekdays. Our delivery calendar will allow you to select next day if it is available. We use several different couriers depending on the size and weight of the product. If your product is over 30kg or television size is above 60" and next day is not available the item will be delivered using a specialist 2 man carrier. The day before you will be provided a 4 hour time window and the driver will also call you approximately 30 - 60 minutes before arrival.
In this case the calendar options are a guide only and the courier will confirm the date with you.
Please note delivery dates to off shore postal addresses including Ireland, Islands & Scottish highlands may be slightly longer and incur additional delivery costs which are shown on our website.
If you require any assistance please call our sales line 0845 077 44 67 (Monday – Saturday 9.00 to 17.30) and we will be happy to assist.
Avg Customer Review
The back pages of the independent HI-FI and Home Cinema magazines pay a great deal of attention to how a system is connected. A CD or DVD player has to be connected to an amplifier before the results can be seen or heard, and in that connection much of the original information can be lost and distorted. The job of a connecting lead is to retain as much of the original information as possible, maximising the potential performance of the hardware. Put simply, if you connect high quality hardware with low quality leads, you'll never know what your system is really capable of.
Budget leads supplied with most equipment are made of basic Tough Pitch Copper (TPC) and offer a very average performance. The next step up is OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) used in the vast majority of improved quality leads, which show a marked improvement on the basic copper leads. What makes this prowire lead so special is that it uses SPOFC ( Silver Plated Oxygen Free Copper), which is much more effcient than standard OFC. The SHQ lead also features an incredibly high level of protection from interference, allowing as much of the original information as possible to be transfered.
