In light of current events to protect drivers and customers from the risk of infection from Coronavirus our delivery couriers have been instructed to follow current government guidelines.
We use several couriers where the following may apply.
- Upon delivery they will place your parcel/s on the doorstep, knock on the door and stand back two meters.
- They will explain that due to extra precautions over Coronavirus they will not require a signature.
- The customer’s name will then be entered into the couriers PDA unit.
- If a customer does not answer the door, an out card will be left at the address and the unit returned to the depot.

We use specially selected delivery companies, to ensure that your new item arrives safe and sound.
Our delivery calendar will allow you to select next day if it is available. We use several different couriers depending on the size and weight of the product, for OLED televisions or 60" TV's and above, we use a specialist 2 man carrier. The day before you will be provided a 2 hour time window and the driver will also call you approximately 30 - 60 minutes before arrival.
In this case the calendar options are a guide only and the courier will confirm the date with you.
Please note delivery dates to off shore postal addresses including Ireland, Islands & Scottish highlands may be slightly longer and incur additional delivery costs which are shown on our website.
